Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual (Arabic & English) Sales Consultant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in lead generation, and will possess strong communication and negotiation skills. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting customer interviews, and driving sales by offering tailored solutions and closing deals. Compensation will be a competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure based on performance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels such as online research, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct customer interviews in both Arabic and English to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Present and demonstrate Colonybyte’s software solutions to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet specific client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Create and execute marketing strategies to drive interest in Colonybyte’s products.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with new clients.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the product and management teams to continuously improve our offerings.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong focus on lead generation and marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation, to support lead generation efforts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both languages.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across different cultures.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical software concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales and marketing, particularly within the software or tech industry.
  • Knowledge of [specific software or industry knowledge related to Colonybyte] is a plus.
  • Experience with online lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) and CRM management tools.
