Analyst-HR consultant
-Created Users Guides for 8 applications related to SmartUP's HRIS.
-Prepared a modifiable template for our standard Requirements document and am responsible for personalizing it with every new client.
-Helped in preparing and presenting demonstration sessions and webinars
-Prepared extensive research about international competitors, namely Workday, in terms of strategies, strengths, techniques and technologies as well as what the Tunisian market can do to be able to compete with them.
-Sold a maintenance service for the clients who purchased the HRIS which included training, bug/emergency fixes and configuration of formulas, reports and dashboards.
-Created a project of a new business model for the company in order to evolve especially facing the particularity of the COVID-19circumstances.
-Reported regularly to the development/programming team about new tendencies and case studies in HR management and best practices in order to upgrade the HRIS features and meet the market's needs.
-Self-trained on the ERP: SAP HCM to allow the company to participate in important national offers.
-Put in place a remuneration system based on merits and objectives, created job descriptions and set up evaluation procedures for talent detection and promotion potential.
-Proposed the restructuring of the company with a new business plan, an optimized line of products and better strategic targets, a project that was accepted by the upper management and was put into action in January 2023.
