Throughout my academic journey, I’ve gained hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge in IoT. Notably, I created a door lock system using facial recognition, leveraging Raspberry Pi with Raspbian OS. Python and Computer Vision libraries like OpenCV enable accurate facial recognition. Email alerts enhance security, and web integration enables remote access. Additionally, I developed an Android app for adding authorized visitor faces, which uploaded their photos to a Raspberry Pi server and saved them in a designated directory. This project highlights my skills in hardware/software integration and comprehensive solutions.
