*Implementing EasyMovie for our clients:
- Determine the best configuration of client accounts based on their technical constraints and the options included in their contracts.
- Define optimal validation workflows for managing client projects and creating user accounts.
- Understand clients' business use cases in order to create and
adapt appropriate storyboards available in their app.
*Training users:
- Define a user training strategy with my manager and conduct
live sessions and webinars, including product demonstrations and Q&A sessions.
*Creating and setting up templates:
- Developing customized storyboards that align with the client's
use cases and goals.
- Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance to
guarantee optimal functionality and user experience.
- Continuously refining and improving templates based on user
feedback and evolving industry trends.
- Working closely with the product and support teams to address any technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
*Reporting information internally:
- Analyze the status of the accounts under my responsibility and
provide precise summary notes to share internally.
- Contribute to the improvement of our products and services by reporting client feedback internally (to CSM, product, support, post-production, etc.).
