Project Overview:
We are looking for a skilled freelancer to develop a cashback website and mobile application. The platform should allow users to earn cashback on purchases from partnered brands and be user-friendly, scalable, and capable of automated cashback tracking.

Key Features:
• User Registration & Account Management – Secure login, profile management, and transaction history
• Cashback Tracking System – Integration with APIs or affiliate networks to track purchases
• Payout System – Secure withdrawal options via Tunisian payment systems like D17,FLOUCI and more
• Brand Partnership Management – Admin dashboard to manage partnered brands and cashback offers
• Referral Program – Users earn additional cashback for referring friends
• Push Notifications – Alerts for new deals, cashback updates, and promotions

Technical Requirements (Open to Recommendations):
• Website Development: Bubble.io, WordPress with plugins, or a custom solution (React, Node.js, etc.)
• Mobile Application: Flutter or React Native (iOS & Android)
• Tracking & Analytics: Integration with Post Affiliate Pro, Refersion, or similar cashback tracking solutions
• Payment Integration: Stripe, PayPal, or Wise for user payouts
