I-Pay APP

Salamou Alaykom Guys.

I need a good team or  maybe a one man army to build me this APP. This app is simply going to allow its users to get extra  Credit (money) to pay their groceries and food from my restaurants ( more details on the service later). I expect this app to be used by tens of  thousands of ppl during the next 5 years so it  has to be very good and scalable. No shitty , cheap work plz.  Beginners i love u, dont get me wrong, but stay away from this one. I prefer Agencies or teams  with good experience and can take care of the whole thing for me, I am just a guy who sell food to ppl , I am no Code guy  so u better be ready to do the whole work from A to Z. we’re gonna be the best that’s why I need the best.
