- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Outreach Specialist who will be responsible for engaging and nurturing leads, primarily CEOs and thought leaders in the plant-based space. This role involves crafting personalized outreach messages, managing follow-ups, and ensuring that relationships with potential guests for our podcast are carefully maintained. For the right candidate, this could evolve into a larger position within our company.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead Outreach: Conduct personalized email and LinkedIn outreach to potential podcast guests using a provided list.
- Follow-Up Management: Keep track of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up with those who have not responded, with at least three touchpoints.
- CRM Management: Input and update lead information in GoHighLevel CRM to track outreach progress and communications.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with potential podcast guests by maintaining regular contact and ensuring a smooth booking process.
- Written Communication: Craft clear, professional, and engaging messages in written English for email and LinkedIn.
- Progress Reporting: Provide weekly reports on outreach progress, response rates, and booked guests.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the podcast team and CEO to ensure that guest booking aligns with company goals.
- Qualifications:
- Strong written English skills with attention to grammar and tone.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead-generation tools (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM or other CRM tools (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple follow-ups.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience in outreach, lead management, or virtual assistance is a plus.
